Day 17: Maryville to Telico Plains – Tail of the Dragon

I am a bit behind on my posting. It was a bit hectic first scrambling around to get geared up because I had a crazy idea I would ride in the aftermath of Irma from Asheville to Durham. Then, changing my mind to stay put for another day – smart choice, by the way. Then visiting friends. And, finally, making it to Swansboro just hours ahead of my brand new nephew making his debut into the world.

That is a preview of the posts to come in the next days, but today, I am going to just give you videos and photos of the days on the Tail of the Dragon because the videos say it better than my words and, well, I spent so much time tinkering with video editing software that it would be a shame to let that time go to waste.
